This 57-year-old patient had had implants for 20 years and decided it was time to remove them. She met with a Board Certified Michigan Plastic Surgeon at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery to discuss her concerns. Together they decided that performing a breast lift once the implants were removed would be the best course of action to restore the youthful shape to her breasts. She underwent a bilateral explantation of her implants and a mastopexy in a single surgery. Post-operatively she is very satisfied with her results.
