Planning Your Stay
Once you have scheduled your surgery, you will need to make travel arrangements and prepare for your time off work. Throughout the process, your Patient Care Coordinator will discuss your specific recovery timeline with you, but plan for a five to seven day stay unless told otherwise. Hair restoration patients can fly home a minimum of 24 hours after the procedure. The timeline has you arriving at least one day prior to surgery to meet in person with your surgeon. If you are flying, the closest major airport to our office is Detroit Metro Airport (DTW).
