This 40 year-old physically active woman had researched having breast augmentation in Michigan for some time because she was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She felt that her breasts felt like empty sacs that needed to be filled. She was very pleased with the appearance of her breasts when she was nursing. She consulted with several Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Michigan, but ultimately chose a surgeon at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery. After consultation, she decided on Mentor moderate plus saline implants placed in the sub-pectoral position and inflated to 300 cc to give her the fullness that she was looking for. She handled the procedure well with the use of quick recovery techniques. Now she refers all of her friends and family to AAPS.
