This 30 year-old patient had a child in her teenage years. She was bothered by her loose breast skin and the hollowness of the top portion of her breast. She searched for Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Michigan who specialized in breast augmentation. She chose Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery because our surgeons specialize in quick recovery techniques. At her consultation they decided on using an infra-mammary fold incision that would be just above the breast fold so she could still wear a bikini while keeping her scar hidden. The implant was placed above the muscle to lift her existing breast tissue and to provide very soft, natural-looking breasts. She wanted to be able to go bra-less, so the implants were centered directly behind the existing breast tissue. This allowed her to balance having cleavage without a bra while still looking natural in fitted clothing. She is loving her new breasts.
