Breast Augmentation with Lift Gallery Patient 263333

This 45 year-old mother sought to have a revision breast augmentation in Michigan. She initially had consultations with three other plastic surgeons before coming to Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery to meet with our Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Her original surgery was a saline breast augmentation 15 years ago. One of her saline implants had ruptured and deflated and needed to be replaced. She was concerned about scarring and the symmetry of her breasts following the procedure. She chose a slightly larger breast implant size than her initial surgery to account for the changes in her figure from 15 years ago. Upon her consultation at AAPS, she and her surgeon decided on Mentor 400 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle with a breast lift. She recovered quickly due to the quick recovery technique. She is absolutely thrilled with her new look.
